However, in rare cases, issues such as errors or defects may occur in the product you receive. In such a situation, we aim to solve the problem quickly and effectively by offering the best solutions for the benefit of our customers.

If the products you receive have any of the following issues, you can request an exchange:
Faulty Stitching: If there are disproportionate seams, stitching errors, or improperly made stitches on the product.
Fabric Issues: If there are color differences, stains, or lines affecting the appearance of the original fabric that should not be present.
Defects Not in the Design: If there are tears, deformations, or damages negatively affecting the appearance of the product that are not part of the design.
Steps Required for Exchange Request
If the product you received meets any of the criteria listed above, please follow these steps to initiate the exchange process:
Inspect Upon Delivery: When receiving your product, check if there is any damage or deformation on the outer appearance of the package. If there are signs of damage, we recommend opening the package in the presence of the courier officer to inspect the product thoroughly.
Take Photos and Videos: Document the product upon delivery and while opening the package by taking photos and videos. This will help us provide a faster solution by documenting any possible damages or defects. Be sure to take clear photos showing any errors or defects you notice on the product.
Contact Us for Exchange Request: If you detect any errors or defects in the product, send a clear photo of the issue via email to contact@byteexport.com or contact us through our phone numbers within 7 days. Based on the documents you send, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve your issue in the best way.
Exchange Conditions
For the product exchange to be processed, the following conditions must be met:
Original Packaging and Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, unused, and in a resalable condition.
No Usage Errors: The product must not have been damaged due to user error.
Resaleability Feature: The product's resaleability feature must not be compromised. There should be no user-caused deformations, stains, or usage marks on the product.
Exchange Process
Once your product reaches us, it will be inspected by our quality control team, and your exchange request will be evaluated. Once the approval process is completed, you will be informed, and your free exchange process will begin. Under the approved exchange request, a flawless product will be sent to you, and our support team will be with you throughout the entire process.
